Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Monarch ("the Software") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Monarch for as long as your subscription or one-time purchase remains in good standing. License keys are bound to a single hardware identifier (HWID) and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of Monarch.
• Use Monarch to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, anti-tamper, or licensing checks.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license keys secure. Monarch is not liable for losses caused by shared credentials or compromised devices. Licenses revoked due to policy violations are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the event of a verified, unresolved technical defect.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any license or account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.

Monarch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that the Software will remain undetected by any third-party system. Use at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monarch and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
